Hawaii Vacation!
Bill and Rico had their first vacation sans Nadia since becoming parents by taking a trip to lovely Oahu, Hawai'i. Thanks to Mom & Dad Curtis for watching our little one. Our friend Julie, who's now living in Alaska, flew down to get away from the cold and join us on the island paradise. While there, we stayed in the lovely Hilton Hawai'ian Village, where Rico attended the American Counseling Association annual conference (Rico's now in a graduate program getting his Master's Degree in Counseling). Hawai'i was spectacular - and we really enjoyed the beaches, the food, the tourist attractions and especially the helicopter ride we took over the whole island.
