Hanukkah Dinner with the Ziffers
We had such a great time celebrating Hanukkah with our friends, the Ziffers, and their family and friends! This was our first time experiencing the traditions associated with this important holiday. Memorial Day Cookout with Cooking Club Friends
Nadia, Daddy and Papa went to a lovely cookout hosted by our friends Nick & Wendy Frank from Cooking Club. We really had a great time, and Nadia loved playing with all the kids that were there. Easter Celebration 2007
Nadia really enjoyed Easter this year; She had her first real Easter basket, and tried her first chocolate bunny. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at good friend Julie's home, with friends Asa & Santana, and some of Julie's family and neighbors. Check out our Flickr Photo Set to see how our holiday was.

Helping Warren Celebrate his Birthday!
Nadia and Papa Bill went to help our friend Dru's son, Warren, celebrate his first birthday. It was a wonderful party, with a Curious George/Jungle Theme. Nadia's enjoying her new mobility by walking all over the place and getting into lots of stuff... and lots of trouble!

Helping Jimmy Celebrate his Birthday!
Today, we went to our friends Rob & Clay's home to help them celebrate their son Jimmy's birthday. We had a great time meeting a few new folks, and we are always delighted to see so many happy children of Gay and Lesbian parents. Check out our Flickr Photo Set from that day.

A Visit from Dear Friend Tammie!
Our dear friend Tammie Swopes visited us during her break from university in New York. We had a lovely dinner on our screened porch and she got to play with our almost one-year old Nadia. Our mutual friends Tony, Brian and Davin also came over. View our Flickr Photo Set from the lovely day.

A visit with Chris in Albany
While visiting Upstate New York for our Curtis Family Reunion we drove over to Albany to visit our friend, Chris. He just moved to lovely Albany from Atlanta, and we had a good time visiting him at his new home.

Nadia's First Easter!
Easter Sunday was a lovely Spring day in Atlanta, and our new gardens were in full bloom! We enjoyed hosting about 12 friends over for Easter Dinner at our home, and all had a wonderful time. Nadia looked just darling in a new pink and green dress that her Auntie Londa bought her (thanks, Auntie!) We enjoyed lamb, ham, roasted rosemary potatoes, ginger carrots, seared green beans with roasted peppers and many other wonderful treats from Rico's culinary hand... and we topped it off with Julie's yummy hummingbird cake!
