Hawaii Vacation!
Bill and Rico had their first vacation sans Nadia since becoming parents by taking a trip to lovely Oahu, Hawai'i. Thanks to Mom & Dad Curtis for watching our little one. Our friend Julie, who's now living in Alaska, flew down to get away from the cold and join us on the island paradise. While there, we stayed in the lovely Hilton Hawai'ian Village, where Rico attended the American Counseling Association annual conference (Rico's now in a graduate program getting his Master's Degree in Counseling). Hawai'i was spectacular - and we really enjoyed the beaches, the food, the tourist attractions and especially the helicopter ride we took over the whole island. Nadia's First Cruise
This past week, we enjoyed a 5-day cruise with Nadia and Grandma & Grandpa Curtis. We left from Jacksonville, Florida, and visited Key West and Nassau, Bahamas. Check out our photos from the cruise!

Beach Vacation @ Tybee Island, Georgia
Recently, we took a family vacation with MEGA Family Project to Tybee Island, near Savannah, Georgia. This was Nadia's first experience at a beach, and she really enjoyed it! Lots of our friends attended this important weekend, where GLBTQ families from all over Georgia converged to share stories, get to know one another and have fun! Walt Disney World Vacation!
We enjoyed a lovely 4-day trip to Orlando where we visited Walt Disney World with our cousin Jamena and her two sons, Javon and Justin. Nadia really enjoyed her first trip to Disney, where she saw her first shows (she really loved Donald Duck) and had her first "Character Encounters". There are lots of great shots in our Yahoo! A visit with Chris in Albany
While visiting Upstate New York for our Curtis Family Reunion we drove over to Albany to visit our friend, Chris. He just moved to lovely Albany from Atlanta, and we had a good time visiting him at his new home.

Summer Vacation in Upstate New York!
In July, we went to Upstate New York to go to our Curtis Family Reunion and to see many other relatives and friends. This was Nadia's first plane ride, so we had lots of fun!
